All purchases are final. We do not offer refunds or store credit for any purchase.

Exchange Policy for Defective or Damaged Goods
We only process exchanges for items that are defective or damaged upon arrival.

Procedure for Exchange:

If you receive a defective item, you must notify us at support@crowndontmakeyouking.com within 7 days of delivery. Please include your order details and a description of the defect or damage. We will then provide you with return instructions.

Review and Replacement:

Upon receipt of the returned item, we will conduct a full examination. Within a reasonable period, we will notify you via email regarding your eligibility for a replacement. If approved, we will ship a new product.

Shipping Responsibility:

The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Original and return shipping fees are non-refundable. Delivery times for replacement products will vary based on your geographic location.
